Innerhalb der Europäischen Union (EU) sind der Versand und Retouren kostenlos.
Außerhalb der Europäischen Union (EU) unterliegen Warensendungen den Importbedingungen des jeweiligen Versandlandes, und der Paketdienst wird anfallende Importsteuern an den Kunden berechnen (Importsteuern sind i. d. R. so hoch wie die Mehrwertsteuer eines Landes). Der Kunde hat sicherzustellen, dass bei Rücksendung die Sendung eindeutig als Rückware („returned goods“) deklariert wird. Erfolgt dies nicht, kann die Sendung als reguläre Einfuhr behandelt werden und zusätzliche Zölle/Abgaben entstehen, die vom Kunden zu tragen sind.
Retouren außerhalb der EU werden von uns zu vergünstigten Konditionen organisiert, die Kosten sind jedoch vom Kunden zu tragen und werden automatisch von der Rückerstattung abgezogen.
Wir erstatten ausschließlich den Warenwert abzüglich Importabgaben, Rücksendekosten und Bearbeitungskosten. Eine Rückerstattung bereits gezahlter Importabgaben erfolgt nur, sofern uns entsprechende Belege vorgelegt werden. Eine Rückerstattung hängt von den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des Importlands ab und ist nicht garantiert.

Shipping Terms (englisch)
Within Germany and the European Union shipping and returns are free of charge.
International shipping (outside of the European Union) is subject to the import regulations of the destination country, and the parcel service will collect applicable import taxes from the customer (typically import charges equal local VAT). The customer must ensure that return shipments are explicitly declared as “returned goods.” If this is not done, the shipment may be treated as a standard import, and additional duties / fees may be charged to the customer.
International returns: We will organize the return at discounted rates, but return costs are borne by the customer and will be deducted from your refund.
We refund only the item value minus import charges, return shipping costs, and handling fees. A refund of import charges already paid is only possible upon presentation of valid documentation. The possibility of reclaiming import charges depends on the laws and procedures of the customs authority and is not guaranteed.
